"We found this accommodation suited us very well for 4 days as a base for touring the local area. It was fresh, clean and confortable. The hot tub was very private and easy to set up. Off street parking was for our sole use and was immediately next to door and internal stairs leading up to property. "I will never stay at a one of these properties again. The room was fine but the staff at reception was rude and unhelpful. It was booked prepaid with Hotels.com to which they said it was not prepaid even after showing the receipt to her. We chose to have diner there as we were tired. At least 1/3 of the tables were covered in dirty dishes. We eventually were able to flag a server down to give our order for food and drinks. Food arrived which was actually well done but never got our drinks even...

"the property had been recently renovated and this had been done to a high standard. It was very comfortable. Our only criticisms were the size of the shower cubicle - a large person would have had great difficulty using this facility, it was so small! Also, there is a large pane of clear glass in the outer door which anyone could look through and see inside the property."
