"The place is amazing. Met a welcoming peacock on doorstep. Could do better with kichen facilities. 1 plug for micro, toaster n tiny fridge. Need switching to use. Plenty toilets, still needed to share. No cooking facility. Atleast an airfryer if not hob or oven. Rest was all great."

"Rosie's Retreat was a lovely clean place to stay, very peaceful with fields surrounding the lodge. The kitchen was fully equipped, including baking trays, fat fryer, microwave, oven and hob, even a proper freezer. The beds were comfortable, and settee too which is also a sofa bed. The amenities including the beach were around 2 miles maximum from the lodge. We would stay here again."

"We just loved our stay here. Glamping and so much more. The pod was very large, very clean, very comfortable, and had everything you would need for a first class stay. The internet was blazing fast. The kitchen was good sized, and it even had a large refrigerator and dishwasher. We stayed there 3 nights and wish we had made the reservation for more nights."

"My partner and I recently stayed at this lovely little place, and we had a wonderful weekend! As a wheelchair user, finding suitable accommodation is not the easiest thing, but I was able to get around this place quite easily. The bathroom isn't adapted, but with my partner's help, and a shower stool from home, we managed just fine. The patio door also isn't accessible, but the front door does have a gentle sloped access, and the back garden/hot tub can be easily accessed from there. The hot tub really was the icing on the cake! Perfect to relax in after a long day of exploring beautiful Yorkshire. Location wise, it's a little way out from Bridlington and the coast, but it's nice and quiet, and not really that far from amenities like Morrisons etc. All in all, Ted's place is a well equipped, spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and warm and cosy home from home. We would definitely return!"

"What an absolutely gorgeous house, the house is actually better in person than the pictures show. Check in was simple with a handy located key box and lots of parking. It was pretty nippy outside and the house was already heated and nice and toasty on arrival, along with the hot tub. We were down as a party of 10 for a Hen do and the different entertaining spaces were perfect for the games and activities we had planned. Bedrooms are spacious and the beds are really comfy. House was spotless, kudos to their cleaners! The owner introduced himself once we were all settled in, lovely chap. Although remote it’s a quick drive to the coast. Nice pubs around and we tried the Water Margin Chinese takeaway, which was really nice. The house does have a couple of neighbours so you do have to be respectful as it gets later but they were also very polite. I couldn’t find a fault with the house if I tried. Would absolutely recommend to anyone. Thank you for a great weekend"

"Comfy bed, toasty warm cottage, we loved the cottage and location. Very easy to get to the local beach and to Bridlington. Loads of clean public loos around the area. We loved it! If the owners ever need a permanent tenant please put them in touch with us!!! People need to consider that the way in is via a working farm, so mud and pot holes and flies (they come with the territory)"
