Welcome to your Beach Dream! Enjoy this 1 bedroom- 1 bathroom oceanfront condo
located on the second floor in the Seascape complex. The condo offers a
private balcony, keyless entry, and a sleeper sofa for an additional 2 guests.
Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or evening drink on the lovely balcony.

When entering the unit you will be met with a spacious living room space. The
living room space offers a queen sleeper sofa, Smart TV, and balcony slider
door off the living room, you are met with a kitchen. It is well equipped with
stainless steel appliances, a drip coffee maker and everything you need to
make a a meal. Between the living room and kitchen, will be a small hallway
which leads to a bathroom with a washer and dryer in hallway closet. On the
other end of the hallway leads to the bedroom. The bedroom has a queen bed for
your sleeping arrangements, large window to enjoy the view and balcony access.
Equipped with a dresser, and walk in closet to unpack and make yourself at
home.
We supply linens for the queen bed in the bedroom. Sleeper sofa linens can be
rented for a small fee upon request.
The deck is a great place to have coffee and watch the sunrise or maybe just
catch the surfers later in the day while sipping a margarita. If the timing is
right, you will be treated to an absolutely stunning moonrise over the ocean.
You will have be able to enjoy the entire one bedroom condo to yourself with a
private oceanfront balcony with access from the living room and bedroom!
There are 2 parking passes provided for the unit. There is additional over
flow parking across the street around the Salmon Colored building labeled
'Courtyard at Seascape'.
The pool is also located across the street between the 'Courtyard at Seascape'
buildings. They offer some pool loungers and tables. There is also a smaller
charcoal community grill outside the pool gates for guest use. (Charcoal is
not provided).
Enjoy all the Seascape Complex has to offer.
This oceanfront property's direct beach access is closed due to beach erosion.
In front of the condo you will see limited beach space. This is due to beach
erosion.
Beach Access is currently about 2 blocks away or head to Carolina Beach Pier
on the left side when facing the pier from the street.
The pool is located across the street in between the Courtyard at Seascape
buildings. There is also a charcoal grill outside the fenced in pool area for
guest use. (You must provide your own charcoal.)
There is overflow parking with valid parking passes across the street at any
Courtyard at Seascape property.
Parking passes and pool key are located inside the condo for guest use.
Please make sure your parking pass is placed in your vehicle immediately after
arrival to avoid towing.
Walk over to the Carolina Beach Pier to enjoy year round food and drinks. They
do occasional Holiday themed events perfect for all ages!
Enjoy Freeman Park where you can drive your vehicle onto the beach or camp out
for a night! They are pet friendly year round and only a 2 minute drive away.
Public Kayak access by going on Starfish Lane crossing over Canal Drive.
Please read all of the following: Check In time is strictly 4PM. We do our
best to accommodate for early check in. We offer early check-ins when fit with
a small fee, as this time allows our cleaning and inspecting teams to make
sure it is to our 5-star standard. If you enter the home prior to 4PM without
a scheduled early check in, you will be charged an additional fee. This home
is a vacation rental. We require someone in the party staying in the rental,
to be at least 25 years of age or older. You will be required to sign a
Vacation Rental Agreement under the North Carolina Vacation Rental Act to be
able to secure your reservation. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.
Queen, King and Full beds are authorized to sleep 2 people with twin beds
sleeping 1. If your unit offers a Sleeper Sofa, the linens for the sofa are
NOT included. They can be provided upon request but are an additional $30 per
set and Property Manager needs a 48 hour notice prior to arrival to ensure
they are placed in the home. Failure to give 48 hour notice will may result in
unavailability. This unit is pet friendly. We do not have any breed
restrictions but do require a pet fee of $150 per pet per stay. The max amount
of pets allow is 2. Check out instructions are posted in the home, along with
WiFi information. Please follow the check out instructions to avoid additional
fees.
