"Such a quaint little place. We were very happily surprised. The staff is so accommodating and the location is great for the beach or the village. We really loved the firepits at night. We will definitely stay here again."

"You can’t beat the location… Across the street from the beach with easy access! The town of Carlsbad is very walkable and charming! I love that they had parking with the room and a pool and two hot tubs! The breakfast was OK unless you’re used to having more choices but the waffle they made was good!"

"Parking was fine , the ROACHES crawling on the floor were not fun, the smell of marijuana was horrible when you turned on the bathroom fan , the unsanitary microwave with more rust than a east coast chevy ,the door wouldn't seal closed git to see the moonlight through it so had to jam a plastic knife to hold it cloaed ,the leaky faucet ,the bed springs that were so bad it felt like you were on a waterbed , the staff were great ,always provided clean towels and dressed the beds ,"
