「Die Wohnung im ersten Stock hat zwei schöne grosse Terrassen, eine gegen den Strand und eine nach hinten (Einbahnsträsslein und Bahngeleise). Das Wohnzimmer ist hübsch eingerichtet. Die Kinderschlafzimmer haben alte, durchhängende Betten. Und die Küche ist sparsam eingerichtet. Durch die Luftfeuchtigkeit muffeln die Schubladen in der Küche unangenehm, aber Lüften hilft etwas.
