「The hosts of this listing are a delightful couple. They were so welcoming with their own fresh eggs, homemade olive oil and cannolis. 「Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und entspannten Aufenthalt in Balestrate bei Familie Pagano einschließlich dem Haushund Dusty. Da wir selber auch mit Hund angereist waren, war es entzückend zu sehen wie gut sie sich verstanden haben. Wir haben uns in der großzügigen Ferienwohnung mit riesiger Terrasse sehr wohl gefühlt , konnten leider den Pool nicht nutzen weil es noch zu frisch war. 「残念ながらこのホテルは今まで経験した中では最悪の印象でした。駐車場はホテル予約の時には無料となっていたのですが、€8/1泊（3日分）を請求され既に前日に支払いを済ませているのにも関わらず出車の時には再び代金を請求されるという状態でした。もちろん苦情を言いすでに支払っていると突っぱねましたが非常に不快でした。より大きな問題は午後1時に換金した時、英£100が€100-10と言う事でした、少しレートが悪いなとは思いましたが受け入れて換金しました。4時に又換金すると同じ£100が€75-90と言うのです。同じ日にこの様な変化があるとは考えられず換金をやめました。他にも朝食の酷さです！多くの滞在客が食べ残している状態を目撃しています。二度とこのホテルには滞在したくありませんし、友人や他の観光客には決して勧める事はありません。」
