Boligen hadde god plassering ifht butikker, restauranter og strender, men det er nødvendig med bil pga trafikken i området. Bassenget var åpent 10-20, noe som gjerne kunne stått i annonsen. Det var 5 soverom, hvorav kun 3 hadde aircondition, det var heller ikke opplyst om i annonsen.
