"Highlights were daily monkey visits, great weather - loved opening all the windows and doors every day, local fruit stand - was a great tip - must visit, the pool was a great added benefit, yard and pool area was wonderful and we had everything we needed. Glad we rented a car to see all of the island. Great home base to visit with our adult children! ** Check out " Happy Families" card game - we played this each night it was a fun game....new to us all..so check out the game cabinet upstairs :) - The Ritters!"

"The best part of this property is definitely the outdoor space! Nicely furnished inside and out. There was poor communication with Andreas so some things need attention, specifically, the microwave that stopped working during our stay. Not the best dishwasher. The kitchen was void all spices except s&p. The bathrooms are not supplied with shampoo or soap so bring your own. The beds are very firm so great if that’s what you like. The grounds are well cared for. "

"This was our second time staying here. We love the location and the amenities provided. Paul and Gabriel are both so helpful and accommodating. The upstairs apartment is clean and bright, and with so many windows in all the rooms, the cross breeze keeps it cool at night. Loved waking up to coffee on the small deck, and watching the birds and monkeys, even the chickens. We had a car, so getting around was no problem, but it is walkable to a beautiful beach, restaurants and groceries. God willing, we will be back again. We have been to Barbados many times, but this is our favorite place to stay. A local neighbourhood with friendly people. Feels very safe, and we couldn’t be happier with the apartment."

"Kelvin is a welcoming host and Breezy Vista is an economical spot to use as a base to travel the island. The apartment was spacious and clean and the outdoor patio was lovely in the evening. We found the mattress a little soft, though many may enjoy that. The AC was powerful, but barely needed with the cool evening winds. Kelvin was communicative and helpful. "

"Everything was perfect. The villa was unbelievable, so much outdoor space, gorgeously decorated ! And the view was spectacular, really hard to describe. The ocean view and then surrounded by a beautiful garden . It was so private and got to see monkeys every morning. The hosts Sue and Dave were perfect, so warm and welcoming. Luved them! We also were well taken care of by her team. Really I can’t say enough. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend. "
