「We had the most amazing lodging at Valverde, Room 1, with the private pool right on the water. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff, especially Rocio, were so attentive and friendly. The grounds were well kept. The availability of the shuttle to and from Tortuguero town worked perfectly for us. We booked a 6am canoe trip on our second day and we saw lots of birds and a cayman.
