"Nothing was explain upon arrival. We had no clue about how to get around the resort and asked for someone to explain and we got nothing. Everything seems like a sale in an all inclusive resort where we thought everything was included. We weren’t aware of anything. The staff appears overworked and tired. More negative interactions with staff than positive ones."

"Little Savoy in Runaway Bay, St. Ann was a major disappointment. The property appears poorly maintained and in serious need of renovation. The hot water was unreliable, the toilet did not flush properly, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable, and the sheets were old and worn. Cleanliness was also a major issue, with roaches in the bathroom, dirt under the sink and in the closet, and even dog feces near the patio/dining area. Check-in was frustrating, as I had to wait outside in the rain for quite some time before being let in. The only positive part of my stay was the massage service, which was very good. Runaway Bay is a beautiful area, but this property needs to close temporarily, clean thoroughly, renovate, and improve guest service. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again."

"The staff was excellent, made us feel welcomed and always checking in on us to see if we're ok. Shout out to the front desk for upgrading my room so that I didn't have to share bed with my mom. Shout out to the kitchen/dining staff also for making my mom's birthday special ❤️ "

"Cardiff was excellent to me. the food was great the customer service was out if this world excellent. No where in Jamaica have i gotten such great customer service. i enjoyed my stay and planning to do it again in december when i visit."

"Upon arrival, the staff was polite. The place was not as expected, and we experienced poor communication. We reached out multiple times via Expedia and WhatsApp, and our messages were seen, but we haven't received a reply. The host only ever reached out when I made contact with Expedia/Vrbo re the problems we had. The property lacked presentability overall: the pool was dirty with sediment at the bottom and foggy water, unsuitable for swimming; AC vents were filthy, causing headaches, stuffy noses, and runny eyes for most of us; bathroom curtains were unclean, and all curtains were transparent, offering no privacy from the kitchen to the rooms. The kitchen had grease buildup on the stovetop and behind the stove, unclean cupboards, and one room closet with insect feces or dead insect remains, and burnt-out, malfunctioning plugs. Additional issues included a malfunctioning toilet plumbing system (with no plunger provided), no proper broom in the house (which we had to request), dusty rooms, especially beside the bed, dusty bedside lamps, AC sculpture figures, lizards roaming freely, and cobwebs near the AC. Luckily, we walked without our own games, because even the property's games were dusty. It was so uninviting. When the matter was reported, the pool was so-called "being cleaned" while we were there, and it did not make a difference. Even at 1 point, two (2) unknown persons came through the gate to the property manager/host. We weren't aware of that. It was like a big "yaad""

"From the moment we arrived at the airport, our experience was nothing short of incredible. Steve, our driver, greeted us with a warm smile and was not only friendly but also very knowledgeable about the area, offering tips and insights that made us feel instantly at home.When we got to the villa, we were welcomed by the wonderful staff who made our stay so special. Miss Janet cooked the most delicious meals every dish was packed with flavor and love. She told us she cooks from the heart, and you could absolutely taste it in every bite. Miss Casandra kept our surroundings clean and fresh, always with a kind word and a smile.The property itself is truly an oasis. Surrounded by lush greenery and the soothing sounds of birds, it felt like a private tropical paradise. The pool was spotless and inviting perfect for cooling off during the day or relaxing in the evening. Everywhere you turned, there was a sense of peace and calm. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel at ease.At night, Mr. Campbell, the security guard, was always nearby. His quiet presence gave us a real sense of safety and comfort. We also had the pleasure of spending time with Chris, Marlon, and Rass each of them brought something special to our stay and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves.This trip was one to remember, and it was all thanks to the amazing people and this beautiful property. We’re already planning to return."
