A comfortable stay and friendly staff looked after us during our stay. The hotel has a lovely restaurant with a fine dining menu and nice decor. A convenient private car park is available on site too.

Excellent hotel, clean, beautiful grounds and hotel! A delightful spot and location was spot on. Great for families or people travelling solo. Quiet sleep and beautiful French patios. :) highly recommend staying for a few nights to enjoy it all!

Beautiful hotel and property right next to la cite, but away from the crowds. Rooms were very clean and chic with excellent air conditioning. The pool was the highlight. Lots of sun loungers, perfect for a hot afternoon.

Outstanding! Even though the room was in another building just across the road, you have access to the restaurant, bar, terrace and beautiful spa. Location is fantastic, looking out to the castle with easy access to the ‘cité médiévale’.

We had a great family room for our family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Air conditioned, nice pool in a small garden, We also enjoyed the hotel breakfast , generous serving sizes and great apple juice. Hotel is just across La Cite, walking distance from the castle and restaurants. Highly recommend it.

We had a lovely stay. The room is very efficient. The staff was the highlight as they were very helpful with holding our luggage when we arrived early and provided recommendations for restaurants.

Room was lovely and clean although the colour scheme was a little bright and garish for everyone’s taste. It did have the majority of extras such as hairdryer, toiletries etc but would have benefited from tea/coffee making. It was great to have a pool which was really lovely and well maintained although you had to cross a road, and go around the hotel to access it as some rooms are in a separate building to the main hotel and reception. This caused some confusion on arrival and check in where several guests were unsure where to go. The hotel bar and patio area has a view of the castle which is amazing. We sat there having a nightcap on a couple of evenings. With the castle lit up in the background this was a really magical and beautiful setting. All in all, this is a lovely hotel in a beautiful location and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

The starr were excellent. Most of the rooms were in an annexe behind the hotel, across the road. Breakfast was nothing special, and I thought, expensive. The room was clean, the bathroom had a shower that I found impossible to regulate the temperature. It was either scalding hot or freezing cold, and no instructions on how to use it. There were no coffee making facilities in the room, or in the annexe. If you wanted a coffee, you had to go across the road. And if you fancied a snack, or a bar of chocolate, sorry, they don't sell them. A drinks dispenser and a vending machine would have been useful. Neither did they serve "proper" meals. They offered tins and jars of food, which were heated behind the scenes, but I have to confess that they were delicious. Basically a bowl of soup with substantial pieces of very tender meat. Would I stay there again? Probably not. The hotel is right next to the medieval city, which is why I chose it, but you need a car to see the rest of the area, as it appeared to me that there was nothing else nearby.
