「Great place to stay in downtown Missoula. Very clean and excellent rooms. Would definitely book here again if coming to Missoula.」

「It is a very nice looking hotel and very clean, but if you get placed in a room on the alleyway plan on being woken up extremely early by businesses, trash trucks and every other sort of noise that can go through there. It was our honeymoon and they refused to move us rooms either. Our AC went out twice. It was very disappointing given how highly rated the hotel was.」

「The water in the tub / shower would not turn off completely. It was leaking water from the faucet and the on /off water temp handle. We went dinner, upon our return to the we discovered water all over the floor. When we contacted desk, they came to the room and stated they had been having problems with the shower. Their comment about the problem “ we can’t get someone in until Monday took at it” their solution , wrap a towel around the leaky faucet handle. As a result we listened to the shower...

「I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel to say the least. Besides the GROSS markup on price for the Missoula Marathon weekend, the room that we got was $45 at best and that’s being generous. Pictures may be doctored and no where near actual real time. No other options to move to another location because everything is sold out. Being from out of town and booking way in advance we should have got one of the few updated and renovated rooms but unfortunately we didn’t. Pictures and...

「The room was great and every single staff member I interacted with was fantastic. From check in, to breakfast, to my ride to the airport, they were all incredibly kind and helpful.」

「Since we stayed 8 days the breakfast was basically the same every morning. They only came in a couple times, did not put towels in, bed not fixed, no paper towels otherwise enjoyed the stay. Just felt there should have been a little more service for the price.」

「I loved this place. It was old, basic and very plain, but it was spotlessly clean with a great bed and a big fridge/freezer. It was also quiet, safe and the guy on the front desk was a peach! So helpful and friendly! I knew I hadn’t paid for luxury and honestly my expectations weren’t high, but I got real value for money. Oh, and the lady cleaning my room ran out into the parking lot to give me my phone charger which I had forgotten. She didn’t have to do that… but that’s Montana people for...
