Staff was very helpful and friendly, and I was able to store my bags in the morning after check out and return that night to get them with no issue. Would definitely stay again!"

Had snorkels and fins, everything we needed for our visit to 2 step - no need for booking and paying for a snorkelling tour! Kitchen phenomenal , super neat outdoor shower for the master bedroom, what a fantastic site!!"

"Was terrible communication tried to get ahold of them to switch my reservation to correct island. No one got back to me. They still charged me for the stay. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend outrigger. Sheraton on Kauai was way better. Cleaner, amenities were nice. Would highly suggest the Sheraton over any outrigger. They put a bad taste in my mouth will never reserve with them again couldn’t even assist me in switching a reservation to one of their other properties. As well the property on Kauai had flood damage. My room smelled like mold and mildew. The floor was soaked. Terrible experience. "

"Everything there was great for what I paid. Parking,Clean apartment. Great kitchen. Bathroom huge with plenty of towels. Ac worked great and ceiling fans. Washer and dryer. Plus they leave you a Welcome package. Accessible to restaurant, beach, malls. "
