16 On Bree is a sophisticated apartment building in the heart of Cape

bedroom has a queen bed, a large window with mountain views, and an
en-suite bathroom featuring a shower, toilet and single sink.
16 On Bree offers a rooftop swimming pool with luxurious city views, an
in-house gym as well as a bar. This apartment is located a short drive
from the all exciting V&A Waterfront and Two Oceans Aquarium - a
must-see for anyone visiting Cape Town. Table Mountain Cable Way,
Signal Hill & some of South Africa’s most pristine beaches are also
nearby. The Artscape Theatre, District six museum and Castle of Good
Hope is also easily accessible for guests who want to experience the
rich culture and history that Cape Town has on offer.

All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check in time with you to meet at the property, which is situated at 16 On Bree Street.
The Property Manager will handover the keys and share with you the knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
