"My book club scheduled a 3 night stay to celebrate my birthday, and will not stop gushing about it. We already can't wait for our next retreat! Several book club members even sent the listing to their families to plan beachside vacations in 2026. We especially loved:- everything in the (extensively stocked) kitchen is labeled, so you knew exactly what something was and where it went.- that there are spare wheelchairs and a ramp in the garage, making it very accessible- EV charger in the garage- so cleverly and attractively decorated, we wanted to move right in- how close it is (5 min drive or less) to both Manzanita and Nehalem, with plenty of businesses to support (we highly recommend The Happy Elephant)"

"Clean. Plenty of rooms. Everything you need. You do not need to bring anything except food. Lots of spices & every kitchen utensil you need.Isolated but easy access to highway. Close to a quiet beach. Garage with EV charging. Fire pit out back was very nice."

The house is gorgeous, vintage and unique. Definitely some quirks with the older fixtures and squeaky floors, but we loved the vintage, cozy vibe."
