"Never seen the gym. Hotel room had very dirty floors. My feet were black and it was reported to staff and they indicated they would steam them and not mop them. Tiki bar is awesome! Bartenders are great especially redhead I believed named Ashley. Pool is really nice and relaxing. I have stayed three times and only have one negative feedback on flooring. We will continue to stay again. "

"Much of the hotel is in disrepair. Chairs broken. Pool not heated. Dry wall patch on walls we stayed in. Good beds. No form of complimentary breakfast. Paid $142."

"The hotel is lovely & the rooms are nice, but the pool is way too small . There wasn’t any seating available at 3 pm. We went to an on-site resistor dinner & it took almost 11/2 hours to get our main course. The food was ok, but not worth the wait."

"House was clean and a great layout. There were a couple of small things that need to be fixed that we shared with the host to hopefully help future guests (bike tire deflated, ice maker only makes crushed not cubed, hair dryer in guest bath not working). None of those were critical to us. The guest beds are not great quality, especially the third bedroom. My teenager even struggled to sleep on it. Overall, I would definitely stay again. "

We spent most of our time swimming and soaking up the beautiful Cape Coral weather.
