Very clean and loved the space. Very bright and homey. Loved how well equipped the kitchen was since I was there for Thanksgiving and had to cook a little. Not a far drive from some great spots such as Sanibel Island, Bonita Springs and the outlets for some great shopping. Host was great with communication. Would love to stay again next time I’m in the area.

We had a great stay at Henela and Jon’s place when my son and I were in town for a baseball tournament. The house was clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Checkin/out was simple and the hosts provided excellent communication when needed. Thanks again for your hospitality!

Cape Coral Stay

The property was very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Games available. Need TV in second bedroom. The place is nice but no amenities. like community pool. outdoor activities, bikes for riding. Also needs directions on what needs to be done before leaving.

Great place

We were in town to visit Sanibel Island. The house was great, very neat and clean. It was perfect for 2 couples. All the comforts of home.

Short stay

This place is one half of a duplex. There was enough room for two couples. Bathrooms were fine and there is laundry as well. Access to roads were easy. We needed a place for one night, and this worked good for that.

Adequate

Was a decent place to stay. Coffee pot does not not work properly. Coffee not hot enough. Owners seem to be interested in providing a good stay. Location is excellent and the neighborhood is quiet.

quaint, centrally located

We were in town for a wedding & this was the perfect spot for us to join all of the activities. Hosts were very accommodating & check in & out were a breeze!

Great place

Better equipped than most rentals in regard to dishes, utensils, cooking pans, etc. Lovely front and back patios. Comfortable beds and pillows. Really great place to stay.

Great Place to Stay in Cape Coral

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The property looks just as pictured. Check-in and checkout was very easy. You will need a car to get around the area. Everything seemed to be about a 20 minute drive. I would definitely recommend.

Wonderful place

Very smooth process with checking in. Very clean and the house have everything you need down to lotion for after your done at the beach. I’ll definitely be returning!

Cape Coral spring break

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was clean and inviting. The beds were very comfortable. The only problem was that the Wi-Fi was very intermittent.

Exceptionally Clean House

Communication was fast and easy. Quick with response to my questions about the property. It was easy to find when we got there. The check-in process was very easy. They had a welcome package waiting for us along with a few water bottles. It was such a nice gesture. We enjoyed our stay there and would recommend this place.

Fantastic place to stay.

Everything was great, especially the shower with the king bed. We only were in unit for dinner to bed. One thing I would change would be to have an option of a softer pillow in bed but thats why I bring mine as back up. Grab a bag if ice, there is no ice maker or trays. The biggest change would be the comfort of the couch. With the cushions and pillows from beds we made it work though. We spent a small amout of time there after all. Go to "The Shack" great ice cream and BBQ sandwiches. We spent all of our day at the beach. After breakfast till dark. Was great girl trip. Great location to Sanibell or Ft. Myers. Make sure you get a toll pass at the Leeway office as soon as you can or order one in the mail before. Be prepared to pay parking with a mobil app, unless you have a handicap tag or plate. Handicap parks free with handicap pass showing. Try middle beach on sanibell Island, got to go through a neighborhood. It is above lighthouse beach, which is also great shelling. Ding Darland gave us a map of island and was a big help finding beaches, we only went in building. Didnt do the trails. Sanibell Beaches are something you really want to think about bringing kids due to the noseeums, saw so many littles upset, itching and I think it is where they are closer to ground. Recomend the long sleever SPF shirt, leggins , socks for some protection. I also took a non drowsy allergy pill with breakfast. Would highly recommended. Has outdoorfirepitwhichwasnice
