They don't do evening meals but there are plenty of options within a 10 mins drive. It is very rural area. Seems popular with Italian film stars for some reason given the photos in the reception office.」

The week before I spent the same amount of money per night in a double room with a private bathroom at a 3* hotel at Lago di Como including a full service breakfast. Afterwards I stayed at private studio that was carefully decorated and had a kitchenette fir the same price. At La Magnolia the furniture was plain snd outdated.
