The ground floor is composed of a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a lovely patio, and a service bathroom. The first floor has two double bedrooms, a bedroom with two single beds, and a complete bathroom with shower (curtains). One uncovered parking spot is included. A/C is available at an additional cost (check below).*No pets allowed°Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance
