A warm welcome from Karinzia Hotel

From our arrival to our departure the staff were simply lovely. We were greeted by the receptionist with a warm and welcoming smile. The smiles continued with the breakfast staff, the room cleaners, the barman on duty in the evenings. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a large selection of foods including cereals, dried and fresh fruit, pastries etc. The hotel is situated on the beach front and a short walk from the town centre. Our room was immaculately clean with a comfortable bed and a good size bathroom with shower and bidet. Our only criticism was that the room was quite cramped with our 2 suitcases having to takeup floor space. We had a nice balcony with a direct view to the beach.

Lage des Hotels super. Personal sehr freundlich. Lediglich meine Zimmerkategorie (Classic-Zimmer) war nicht ganz optimal. Die Zimmer sind renoviert aber sehr hellhörig und man hört in der Früh alles durch… Fürs nächste Mal würde ich einfach eine höhere Kategorie buchen. Diese Zimmer sind neuer.

Gemischter Eindruck in Hotel an guter Lage

Blick aus dem Zimmer auf den Strand und Caorle herrlich. Zimmergrösse im besten Zimmer auch ok. Zimmermöbel allerdings sehr stark abgewetzt. Das Wasser im Whirlpool grausig und trüb, nicht nutzbar. Habe beides reklamiert. Die Dame an der Rezeption zeigte sich bzgl. Möbel völlig erstaunt und sprach von ein paar Kratzern, auch als ich es ihr im Detail erklärte. War ihr schliesslich sch**sseigal. Ebenso, dass der Whirlpool nicht nutzbar war, weil die Wasserqualität unter aller S** war.
