「This is a lovely hotel with large well appointed rooms, great beds and very helpful, responsive staff. The restaurant had great food and reasonable prices. It is also very close to TRAX which was a plus. If I am every on Salt Lake again I will definately stay at this hotel!!」

「Thank you for issuing a refund when I accidentally canceled my original booking. I really appreciated it. Since I still wanted to stay at the hotel, I made a new booking shortly after the cancellation and asked for a refund only for the original booking. However, the hotel also canceled my new booking and refunded both reservations. I only noticed this just before my stay. Fortunately, a room was still available, so I was able to stay as planned.」

「Room amenities and the friendliness of the staff.」
