Great stay

Room was very nice and roomy. Having a kitchen helps when traveling with a family and from such a long way from home. Home-made food is always missed while traveling, so the kitchen is nice to have. Also having the separate living room area away from your bedroom is nice for separation.

Great location, clean grounds, friendly staff, spotless room - we had a suite which was stocked with utensils, dishes, soap, paper towels etc. Parking was close. Guests could use the outdoor grill on the nice patio. Super clean and safe! Awesome view of the mountains.

Aging Brand

Residence Inns are becoming aged. Maintenance is not keeping up. Housekeeping is borderline ratty. Good location, quiet, better than downtown.

I chose this hotel based on the 9/10 rating but I can’t understand that now that we stayed there. We had a one bedroom King suite and found the room was drab, dark and dated, no hot water first day, tears in carpeting and sink wouldn’t drain. Kept looking across the street at the sibling facility which looks fresh and updated and wished we had stayed there.

Stay somewhere else.

Cleanliness bug issue. Rotten food garbage under pull out couch. Days of the pool containing same hair, finger nail, cigarette butt, band aids and garbage in the pool. After three days of not cleaning asked front staff to come and see the area. Rotten food by outside bbq attracting pests.

I had made 2 reservations - one for 1 night and 1 for 2 nights. We were arriving early morning - when I talked with front desk she said she put red eye flight on reservation. When we arrived at 830 am front desk man told me reservation had been canceled for no show and no rooms were available pretty much too bad - Manager came out - super sweet she got us a room and reversed the room charge on the no show. Rest of staff was always pleasant and nice. Breakfast was good not the same each morning which is nice Rooms are a bit out dated - but it was clean so I'll take that over new and dirty

Customer service is not good and A/C noisy @ night

When I booked my reservation I requested a mountain view in order to enjoy the mountains and snow, I booked for 6 nights. Upon my arrival I was told my room was mountain view but when I got to my room it was NOT facing mountain. I called front desk and they were not able to change me at that time. After 3 nights I was willing to pack up and move and still they could not move my room! Very disappointing. I gave them no trouble whatsoever, didn't eat their breakfast, never had room service or cleaning. I asked if I could change to TownPlace (also Marriott but newer and facing mountains) but they wouldn't allow me to cancel and rebook at TownPlace.
