The kitchenette is fully stocked to start and finish your day with Keurig coffee maker and coffee, a blender to enjoy a smoothie or margarita, a mini fridge, toaster oven plus convection microwave and separate sink. An intimate table for two is perfect to enjoy a meal or get some work done. (please note there is no cooktop or oven, only toaster oven and convection microwave).

Parking/Access

Please be respectful and avoid parking on the neighbor’s lot. The home has keyless entry and your own personal code will be provided prior to your booking so you can arrive when it is convenient for you. There are surveillance cameras at the front and back areas for security purposes.

Cleanliness is top priority for us and we are committed to responding to messages promptly should you need anything. Due to severe allergies the property is strictly pet free.

The upstairs unit may be rented out. Please be courteous: aware of noise levels and park only in your designated areas.
