The staff was very helpful and got me a room and said they would correct the error with Hotels.com. What could have been a disaster they worked to make this a positive experience.

「Mike checked us in and he was great. We were exhausted after a long day of travel and he made us feel welcome. We love the room and how much space we had. We will stay here the next time we are in town. Very convenient and close to the airport. The only negative I have is that the parking spaces are too small making it difficult to get in and out if your vehicle when you park. The parking spaces are for compact cars and most of the vehicles there were trucks and SUV’s. 」
