"The breakfast was one of the better assortments I have experienced. The waffles had many fruit topping choices. The daily meat changed and the potatoes did as well. There were options to add items into your scrambled eggs like cheese, onions and tomatoes. Front desk personnel were all overly helpful and friendly. Highly recommend staying here."

"This is absolutely nasty place shower drain clogged toilet still have poops. The whole facility looks terrible highly not recommend."

"The house keeper knocking on the door at 9:30 waking us up was totally insane. Found the do not disturb tag laying on the floor in front of the door when I opened it. Check out is at 11:00 and the cleaning crew was slamming doors from 9:30 on"

"Nice place to stay with 2 kids and our dog. Breakfast was good enough, staff were super nice and helpful. Close to Zoo and restaurants. "

"Although the bed was comfortable, the sheets had burn marks in them and on the bed head frame, a wad of chewing gum was on the side. The whole hotel could use an update: rips in curtains, the filter on the facet in the sink was missing and there were no plugs to use to get the bathtub filled. The property surrounding this motel is scary. Two nights in a row, a block away, I saw women appearing as though they were escorts picking up guys in cars. A person sadly strung out on whatever drug, was passed out at the bus stop directly in front of the motel, as I walked by in the morning. I stopped to be sure he was still breathing. Don't stay here, because it really seems unsafe. The office staff assured me it is, showed me the security cameras they have, but whenever I walked by, no one was attending to them-perhaps they have more of them in a private place they have there beyond the office. The staff was nice. I am sorry to leave such a bad review, but I think these things needed to be said for someone to make a decision about staying here or not. "

"We LOVE staying here! This was our second stay in this very well equipped and cozy home! The kitchen has everything that you would need, the beds are super comfy, and the neighborhood is very welcoming! Our dogs really enjoy the nice, grassy backyard. The host is very responsive and friendly! We will definitely stay here again if we come back to the area!"

"Hotel Zazz is a wonderful gem. It is decorated with bright, creative local art works-even the soap bars are locally curated! The room was very clean and staff kept it well stocked. The Speakeasy bar was a hit! Loved the energy and the location—I highly recommend Hotel Zazz!"
