Relaxing

Från balkongen till stranden 240 meter vad mer behöver man. Stor fin lägenhet med balkong med kvälls sol och inget som skymmer utsikten. Ett stort plus för parkeringen som gör att man åka på utflykter och slippa leta parkering nR man kommer hem. Lagom promenad in mot gamla stan(15-20min) och en kortare för att köpa bröd. Ett kanon ställe med andra ord.

Nice and clean apartment with great location

Nice interior, lovely peaceful neighborhood and very close to the beach. Only downside on is the 140 cm wide bed, otherwise a perfect place to spend a nice holiday!

Valerie hat uns sehr zuverlässig und freundlich in Empfang genommen, alles gut erklärt, Fragen beantwortet. Das Appartement liegt sehr nahe am Strand, 1 Minute zu Fuß. Es war alles sehr sauber, es gab alles, was man für die Mahlzeiten/zum Kochen benötigt.Der Balkon konnte immer genutzt werden. Die Boulangerie war 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ebenso, der allerdings sehr hochpreisig ist.Auch die Übergabe am Ende des Aufenthaltes erfolgte zuverlässig und unkompliziert.Es war eine gute Woche in diesem Appartement.

Wonderful apartment

Just spent 8 nights in this lovely apartment. Valerie meet me with the key and a quick run down about how everything worked and also imparted information about the local area. Valerie was the best!The apartment was lovely and clean, within 100 metres or so of the beach.Amenities included fridge, freezer, induction hob, washing machine and dishwasher. However, I’m “old school” and have never used a dishwasher so cleaned the dishes by hand and put them into the dish washer to drain lolAccess was easy with a lift option as well. The private parking was a god-send as parking in Antibes is very difficult indeed!I would thoroughly recommend the apartment to anyone.

Studio tout confort, proche de toutes les commodites et de la mer. Propre, calme, fonctionnel et moderne. Literie très confortable. Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire et la conciergerie :) je recommande pour un long week-end ou une semaine seul(e) ou à 2.

Antibes Stay

Lovely smart apartment, very well appointed, with full sized fridge, full sized freezer, washing machine, half dishwasher, hob and microwave (no oven). Only one set of bedding supplied for an 11 night stay, but not an issue with the washing machine. Air conditioning worked well, and was very useful. The large shady terrace was great, and a lovely view. Very quite area, and a fabulous location near the beach. Our French wasn't up to communicating with the owner, but managed with Google translate. The detailed access arrangements were actually made with someone local, who was very friendly and helpful. She comes on a motor scooter, so you need to give her notice of your expected arrival time.

Cosy et très bien situé

Petit appartement, propre, cosy, fonctionnel et très bien équipé, au calme. Situation exceptionnelle à 2 mn à pied d'une des belle plage de sable d'Antibes et 10mn du à pied du centre-ville. Place de parking très pratique. Je recommande.

A beautiful place in the middle of Antibes

Not only the location of the apartment is fantastic - you can reach everything on foot, but also have the necessary distance to sit in peace on the balcony and enjoy beautiful sunsets - also otherwise we have lacked nothing! We can only recommend the chic apartment, for our honeymoon it was just right :)

Sehr schönes Appartement

Die Wohnung liegt super, ist sehr schön neu und hat weitestgehend alles was man braucht. Nur einen Ofen gab es - anders als in der Beschreibung - leider nicht, sondern nur eine Mikrowelle. Ansonsten hat es uns sehr gut gefallen, wir würden diese Wohnung weiterempfehlen!

Séjour agréable / dommage qu’il y ait et un problème d’électricité

Séjour très agréable car annonce conforme : studio neuf et très bien aménagé. Seul bémol: nous n’avons pas pu utiliser la plaque de cuisson, la bouilloire et le lave vaisselle car cela faisait sauter les plombs. Malgré nos demandes, ce problème n’a pas pu être réglé , l’entreprise de travaux et son électricien étant en congés au mois d’août! Espérons que le problème sera réglé pour les prochains locataires.
