Great location, good room. Security needs to know what they are doing, how to welcome guests and how to support them with accurate and helpful information.
The coordinator could employ better customer service skills, and focus more on customers for sure.
It's a shame the place does not turnover rooms or at least offer trash removal AND towel service.
Make sure you take your own soap and toilet paper. Don't bother with drinks or food. No coffee maker, no fridge, no TV. If A/C malfunctions, be ready to wait until the team "gets it done." Overall the customer just has to wait ... the focus on the experience is on those who manage the place ... in their time and at their pace.
So much potential, but poor understanding of quality customer treatment, service and support.
