This retreat is designed to offer you tranquility in a family-friendly environment. To maintain the peace of all our guests, parties and loud music are not permitted at night.



*Reservations of 7 nights or more include only 20kW of electricity per night. Excessive consumption will be charged $5 pesos per extra kW. With normal and responsible use, these amounts should not be exceeded. (You can turn on the air conditioners when you're home; turn them off when you leave, and don't use them with doors and windows open.)

Guest Access:

The apartment has a digital lock for your free access.



We handle Self-Check-In. This means that we give you an access code so that you can enter the accommodation at the time you want (within the established schedules), in order to facilitate your check-in and to avoid waiting, since we do not have permanent staff working in the accommodation. However, we will be available for anything you may need during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

This apartment is nestled in a secure gated community with 24-hour security. It’s conveniently located near the airport and the highway to the Riviera Maya, offering easy access to Playa del Carmen, Tulum, and Bacalar.



Cancun, with its pristine white beaches and the turquoise waters of the Caribbean, embodies tropical paradise. The city seamlessly blends relaxation on idyllic shores, thrilling nature adventures, and rich cultural experiences, ensuring every visit is unforgettable.



Getting Around:

We recommend for this space a car rental: If you prefer to explore Cancun and its surroundings at your own pace, renting a car can be an excellent option. There are several car rental agencies at the airport and in the city. Remember to always carry your driver's license and a map or GPS with you.



Other Things to Note:

Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the identification of each of the guests who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors and comply with the building's rules.



It is likely that you will encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs, and other small animals during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). We ask you to respect them; we take great care of the environment and we are the ones who are invading their habitat. To help avoid this, we recommend not leaving open food outside.



Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. Additionally, we provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you desire additional cleaning or replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra cost.



For the proper functioning of the air conditioning, we ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is on and not to adjust the temperature below 21°C, as this could affect its operation during your stay.
