We stayed at the property for three weeks and although it is far from the tourist zone we appreciated the comforts of an apartment that was not commercialized and had everything you would need for a pleasant stay. Beds were comfortable and adequate space for storage. Air conditioner in each space if needed. The landlord was helpful if we needed anything. The pools and outdoor eating/game/relax areas provided a welcome extension of the apartment. We did most of our own cooking and ate local food either at the stores in walking distance or fruit/vegetable stands. Collectivos and buses are right outside the gate to get you to wherever you want to go for a very economical ride.

It was a great place. We were only there for 3 days. There were towels and tp but other than that there were no basic amenities. Not even a roll of paper towels on the holder. No problem buying my own if i were staying for a month.
