Canberra Reptile Zoo

The bathroom had water leakages, and the water flowed into the bedroom, leaving the carpet under the bed damp. The bed was old and badly worn, with a noticeable dip in the centre that couldn’t properly support two adults. It was very uncomfortable and left us with back pain after sleeping on it. The curtains also didn’t close fully, which affected privacy and blocked very little light. Overall, the room felt outdated, poorly maintained, and overdue for refurbishment. I hope the management addresses these issues, as the property has the potential to provide a much better guest experience.
