"I liked the availability of different restaurants that are at the property. The spa was good. It was also nice that the property is on a beach with really nice views. However, the property doesn’t appear to be well maintained. There was gunk floating in the pool. We were given a room upgrade to a room that was subpar for an upgrade. Balcony door did not open, so we could not access the balcony. Floor tiles were broken, and the ceiling had cracks with what appears to be paint peeling from it. Not what I expected."
