Nada a Reclamae

Nada a reclamar. Minha estadia foi super tranquila. O quarto estava limpo, arrumado, banheiro tranquilo, atendimento da recepção ótimo, a todo momento na recepção tinha café quentinho para os hóspedes, café da manhã bom. Fiquei no segundo andar então não tive nenhum problema com barulho, mas para quem fica no primeiro andar, com certeza o barulho é alto na hora do café. Para ir até a basílica de caminhada é mais ou menos uns 15 minutos. Eu ficaria neste hotel novamente caso volte em Aparecida. Obrigada 🙏

Foi tudo incrível... Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo Max, o hotel é ótimo. Do lado da feira. Café da manhã maravilhoso e as instalações excelentes. Quarto limpo e confortável!!! Ficamos no terceiro andar e o hotel tem elevador o que com certeza é um diferencial.

Bom para pessoas com bagagem pequena.

Chegamos em um dia de chuva e tivemos dificuldade no desembarque do carro. Como iríamos nos hospedar m outras cidades também, nossas malas eram um pouco grandes e por isso tivemos dificuldade em acomodá-las no quarto. Quarto apertado e sem muita opção. As paredes do quarto estavam sujas e com algumas marcas de solado de calçados. Toneira da pia do banheiro solta. Controle do ar-condicionado só funciona para ligar e desligar, sem opção de controle de temperatura.

Hotel muito bom !!!

Hotel, bem localizado, próximo a feira de aparecida, com bastante restaurantes próximos, praticamente a o lado da Rodoviária de aparecida. O atendimento é excelente, estão todos de parabéns , muito educados e prestativos, os únicos pontos negativos, o ventilador não estava ventilado bem e o ar que estava um pouco fraco, somente isso, camas confirteveis, cobertas excelentes e quentinhas, café da manhã estava maravilhoso, o atendimento na hora do café da manhã e atenção estão super de parabéns, indico o hotel,excelente para as famílias .

Não recomendo

O quarto estava cheio de poeira, passei estadia terrível lá tendo que comprar remédio para rinite, cortinas sujas, ar condicionado não gelava e controle não funcionava, café da manhã com poucas opções, única coisa que era boa foi o atendimento dos funcionários do hotel, porém da próxima vez procurarei outro hotel.
