「Room was cleaned every day, towels were rough though. Staff were approachable and accommodating. Food delicious in every restaurant except the meet in El Dorado, very disappointed.」

「Staff was not friendly nor helpful. There is no service by the pool. Hotel is also advertised as relaxing environment yet there was kids screaming around the pool area each day.」

「10/10」
