The drinking glasses were dirty most of the time. That was disappointing. The staff were lovely and pleasant. Dinner timings and options were limited. We were signature level and would have expected options for sea view, but those seemed to only be for the main building Food was okay.

We had an amazing time at Grand Palladium. Normally I do not stay at such big hotels with an all inclusive offer. But I changed my mind. We travelled with a little kid and it was great. I did not expect the food to be that authentic and delicious. There was a huge offer and great variety. The rooms were cozy and clean. And the staff was really kind. So as a person who normally prefers smaller hotels and organizing everything by herself, I have to say, I would always come back. I can totally recommend Grand Palladium.

Brilliant stay in signature level

Loved our visit! The food was brilliant, wide choice of restaurants on site and the signature level gives you an exclusive pool and bars. Only thing is to book well in advance for the Al-a Carte restaurants as they book up fast. It’s no extra cost for signature level guests. The thai restaurant was great. Would go back to stay no problem.

We tried booking at the Alacart restaurants our first day and nothing available, very unfortunate. Also our patio smelled like cat urine, so bad you couldn’t sit outside. Every day cat prints on our outside patio furniture. Overall the property was well maintained.

Ein paar Tage im Palladium

Wir waren ein paar Tage im Palladium, weil wir wegen dem Brand des Flughafen Catania, von Palermo fliegen mussten. Da haben wir etwas schönes für die Tage gesucht und hatten sehr viel Glück hier zu "landen" Es waren tolle Tage und alles war sehr gut organsiert, Vom Empfang bis zur Abreise waren alle Mitarbeiter ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und Freundlich. Die Angebote in den Restaurants waren sehr gross, aber leider konnten wir diese nicht nutzen. Die Buchung muss über ein APP gemacht werden, aber da war immer alles ausgebucht. Schade das es da keine andere Lösung gibt. Das Buffet war aber ein sehr gute Ergänzung und sehr reichlich ausgestattet. Alles in allem, kann ich das Hotel sehr empfehlen. PS: Wir haben den Signature Level gebucht, was sich aus meiner Sicht, sehr lohnt!
