「A very well located family owned hotel where everyone knows your name. It’s also nicely decorated, kept impeccably clean, and the breakfast was delicious! I look forward to my next stay. 」

「I greatly enjoyed my stay here. The staff was pleasant, responsive, and truly accommodating. Sergio (the head chef) went above and beyond to ensure that I was well taken care of. I had some dietary restrictions and he was super helpful in meeting all my needing, even offering some off-menu items and all my meals were exceptional. I would highly recommend Lotto hotel and I'll be repeating my stay soon.」

「On the first day of checking in the elevator was out of service so had to carry luggage up 3 flights if stairs. No hot water in bathroom during the entire stay!! The responded you must let it run 10 minutes. So after 45 minutes still NO hot water! In addition, the wood vanity at the sick was rotted and clearly with fungus growing into the wood. Lastly , absolutely NO hotel telephone service…they communicated with guests via WhatsApp only! This hotel is one of the most expensive in the city...

「Lovely hotel, the rooms were spacious and very clean, the staff was wonderful and incredibly patient and helpful with the clients. The restaurant was quiet, the food was delicious and the priced were really good. The staff of both the hotel and restaurant were BY FAR the best asset of the hotel. I would definitely book this hotel next time I visit to Cali.」
