"Great place to spend time with your family!"

"My new wife and I had our wedding in the back yard of this house. We had 20 people that sleep comfortably for four days with all the beds available. We were able to transformpthe whole property into our dream wedding utilizing the very large covered patio and back yard. The entertainment never ceased with all the games, ping pong, karaoke, large screen TVs, pool and Jacuzzi. We also brought along our own games that went in the back yard. We were able to fit an axe throwing target, archery target, badminton net, and set up a cigar lounge. We also got a DJ in the pool area and had a dance floor. The patio has an ice machine just like at a restaurant so we never had to go buy ice.Having the big kitchen saved us being able to cook and feed so many people. We would definitely book this for another stay. Maybe a family reunion or anniversary. The whole neighborhood is beautiful and there are deer walking through the yard everyday. "

"The Whiskey Mountain cabins have been my favorite place to stay in the Leakey, TX area. Ihave stayed several times in different cabins. The cabins are very clean and cozy. It's conveniently located between Leakey and Garner State Park. The hosts are extremely accommodating and responsive to any needs you have."

"We really enjoyed our stay here! My family wanted to explore Garner State Park, and this was a great option that was about twelve minutes away. It was a great place to retreat to after a full day of hiking! One of the bedrooms (the one with the angled ceiling) is a loft style, and my niece adored it! She could watch My Little Pony on the big living room tv from the comfort of her bed while the adults played games at the kitchen table below. It was great for our needs! The living room itself was great - plenty of couches, pillows, and blankets were available, and the smart tv suited our needs just fine - able to log into youtube and netflix with no issue. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals - two fridges, plenty of cutlery, plates, and cups. There was a crockpot, toaster oven, regular toaster, and plenty of miscellaneous cooking tools (potato peeler, potato masher, cooking scissors, etc). The main bathroom (the one featured in the pictures), works great. What both bathrooms lack in counter space, they make up for with hooks! There is a bounty of them - plenty for both towels and hanging toiletry bags, and I love that the main shower had a rack and two shelves for toiletry storage; that was really nice. The bunkhouse (the bedroom with bunkbeds) is about 20 feet in front of the house - this was great for those who needed more quiet! Loved the abundance of hooks everywhere, and how responsive the host was!"
