「This cabin stands up to it's name....so "COZY" and charming. Impressive cleanliness and very comfortable. The host was responsive and friendly. Checking in and out was so easy. Conveniently located to the quaint town of Leakey, Texas. We loved our stay and would recommend this little cabin to anyone!!」

「Great place for our getaway will stay again soon. Just bring bed sheets. pillows and blankets and towels kitchens are full equipped for cooking. Place was big and roomy and cozy Had a fireplace but didn’t use it. The area is under a burn ban at the moment so we wasn’t able to use firepit at nights walking distance to water hole to soak your feet for the time being Leakey about a 10min drive or so. 「This location is absolutely fantastic. Direct access to the Frio river for swimming, fishing or just enjoying the beautiful view. We were a family group of all ages, and everyone had a wonderful time. Easy communication with the owner for questions. Highly recommend.」

「This cabin and the facility is a GEM ! Right in the middle of every reason you want to visit the area. The cabin is a true definition of Glamping ! Everything you need to enjoy the time. We loved the decor, and the setup. And our dog loved it ! No Problems at all. This is our go to for the Hill country now. Thank you !」

「They did a wonderful job of creating a beautiful and comfortable interior in a grain bin. Two very large 2-queen bed bedrooms with a shower ensuite in one and a tub ensuite in the other which is also accessible to the large living area. Also have a queen futon in the living area. Have a nice collections of games, books and DVD's to enjoy. Nice firepit. Great girls weekend location.You need to bring your own towel and I would recommend they add a rubber mat to the tub for safety but everything...

「Loved how it’s tucked away behind trees for the privacy. Very open living room to fit a lot of family. Beds were very comfortable. Deck out back was huge and amazing to enjoy. 」
