They are taking the money for reservations and when you show up and see this nasty, disgusting place, they tell you that the city of Waco has shut them down and they will cancel your reservation so you can get your refund. Then they proceed to deny your refund. They are scamming people. They are located very close to Baylor University and they are using that to get reservations and taking peoples money. "Cute bungalow, perfect for our family of 8!Kitchen was awesome for eating in and cooking family meals together. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were ideal. Plenty of towels for everyone and plenty of space too. Keurig brewed coffee and rental came with a plethora of Keurig pod options and flavors. That was a nice touch since we are coffee drinkers. Rental is about 10 minutes from campus and close to literally everything from HEB to Walmart to eateries. Owner is super attentive and accommodating too. "

"Charming bungalow a block from the beautiful river and park. We can to see the silos at Magnolia Market and this rental is only about 1 and 1/2 walkable miles to the Silos. The beds are very comfortable! We enjoyed our stay. "
