"Please tell OH pool to keep music volume up. One day we went and vibe was so good with music, next day for some reason music volume was turned down and it was not the same. The following day music volume seemed to be back up a bit. For people just hanging at the pool to soak up sun and maybe have a drink, the music vibe is very important."

"This was our second stay and we really enjoyed it. The staff in the restaurant and market were so friendly and the food was really good. The artwork made it special and location perfect for walking to the farmer’s market and sports arenas. "

"Booked way ahead of time. Even called the day before to confirm and say that we would have a late check in. Tried calling the number for the airport pickup and it was only a busy signal for over 30 min. Texted and didn’t get a reply besides to call the same number. Ended up paying for our own Uber and arrived at the property shortly before 1am. When we went to check in we were told matter of factly that our reservation had been cancelled. I showed him my active reservation and he said that on his end it showed as cancelled. I asked why I did not get notified and he said he didn’t know. I asked for the reason and he said he didn’t know. He then said that there was nothing he could do because he was 100% booked up. When I asked to speak to the manager he laughed and said “it’s after midnight, he’s at home asleep.” I asked for the manager’s card and left and we spent another 30 min calling hotels for vacancy but everything was booked or double our price range. We needed up funding a motel 6 and we were told by our driver to get to our rooms quick and stay indoors.” We had a terrible experience and had no compassion from the man at the front desk. "

"Disappointed how i paid for free breakfast and only got a voucher. There were hidden fees and spas and pools that didn't exist "

"Easy check-in. I felt safe and appreciated the security. The kitchenette was convenient. The pillows were lumpy but other than that the bed was comfortable. "

"It was an ok place for the price. But my room never got cleaned before and during my stay. Never got replacement of clean towels. "

"Would definitely not recommend. After one hour in the room, we had to leave and ended up staying at another hotel in the area. The horrible dog excrement smell that they attempted to cover with copious amounts of carpet deodorizer were just overwhelming. It made us all sick at our stomachs and suffering with headaches as well. No refund was offered and had to pay an additional charge at a different hotel. Staff was friendly enough. The rest was a short lived horrible experience."

"Don't waste your money here, I was under the impression from the photos on the website that this place would be a comfortable stay, but was in for an extremely unplesant surprise. Its location is in a bad neighborhood, lots of homeless people in the area. Housekeeping kept forgetting to come to our room constantly through out our stay there, and they didnt even do a good job when they did stop by. There was mold in the showers and walking barefoot on the carpet left the bottom of my feet stained black. For the price range, definitely not worth the stay, and I will not be returning"
