"Very modern hotel with rooms that are more apartments than just hotel rooms. The food is great! There is a small spa, too. 50 Euros for two persons/three hours was a bargain. Staff was very helpful, but only one member spoke English. The charming lady who welcomed us made good use of Google Translate. Perhaps even better than the hotel is the nature reserve in which it's located. The drive up the mountain is long and somewhat difficult, but well worth it."

"Our stay was aboslutely wonderful! The house and farm lies high up in the Tuscan hills and we were immersed in lush greenery with a river flowing nearby. Lorenzo was very welcoming and cooked us a delicious Tuscan dinner every night. We also loved his beautiful dog and two cats who made our stay extra nice! The room was sprakling clean and very cozy. "We enjoyed our stay so much! Gianna and her family were so nice and welcoming! I don't usually stay at properties where the family also stays, but I'm so glad I did this time! My husband and I loved the views and I made dinner in the loft kitchen twice using the fresh herbs Gianna had growing. She was so generous and left us food staples to make dinner and it really came in handy the first night when we realized that we would rather drink wine outside than go out to dinner! One thing to note about this area (and most places we visited in Italy), is the restaurant hours. Many places only open for dinner and that starts around 7pm. Lunch is over at 3pm and most places close from 3pm-7pm. Everything was perfect for our stay and the area is lovely. "
