「We used the private pool everyday that we were there. The butler was very kind. My only suggestion is have more towels. We stayed there for a good amount of days and the amount of towels was not sufficient」

「This was a fake listing. Traveled from the US to Vietnam only to find out once at the airport that I had no place to go because this place was a bogus listing—the worst experience of my 30 years of traveling. Don’t use this listing and make sure your choice is a real location that is actually available. 」

「The villa was very nice great bedroom full kitchen small ouyside pool.The only problem was there was no place to buy stuff no market close to or on the property so having a kitchen was nice i only used the micro wave and the refrigerator. 」

「There was damage to the space due to the weather but we were not notified until we arrived. We did not have enough beds for everyone in the party and had to sleep on a rollaway bed with no sheets. Contacted the property manager and they only told us to be sympathetic to their situation and then stopped responding overall. I asked for a partial reimbursement since we didn’t get to use the full booking. There was no communication on how to check in and we were rerouted multiple times which is...

「Had a great time. The staff was great and friendly, and the place is in a great location with fantastic views. The place was clean and very comfortable, with the AC working very well on hot days. The kitchen, while pleasant, lacked some things that would help those who want to cook. Otherwise, it was great.」

"やっぱり最高のホテル昨年、クラブラウンジを利用し、そのホスピタリティとサービスをすっかり気に入ってしまい、今年もお世話になりました。クラブラウンジのみなさんは本当に親切です。英語がわからない私たちにもジェスチャーを交えて一生懸命コミュニケーションをとろうとしてくれます。特に日本語勉強中のHUNGさんは昨年よりも日本語が上手になっていて色々助けられました。ひとつ、お願いがあるとすればクックブックカフェの朝食のメニューです。韓国料理が昨年より多く、ベトナム料理が少なくなったのが残念でした。それとサラダが毎日同じ野菜とポテトサラダでしたので、以前食べた青パパイヤのサラダ（辛くなくて絶品だったので今年も楽しみにしてました）を復活して欲しいです。大好きなホテルなのでまたきっと伺います！ "
