This level also includes a bedroom with a French bed (135 cm), two additional bedrooms with two beds each, a kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer), and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, houses another living and dining area with a dining table, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, as well as a terrace exit. Two bedrooms on this level each offer a French bed (135 cm), and there is an additional room with two beds. A separate kitchen on the upper floor includes an oven, 4 gas rings, and a freezer. Two bathrooms with toilets are also available on this level.
