Cosy, neat, and comfortable family home within 100m walk to the boat ramp, park, BBQ area, and all that Callala bay has to offer. Sit on the beach dolphin watching or swim in the pristine water. Great area for children. Indulge in the coastal walks or have a lazy day fishing off the pier. 2m drive to Callala bay shops for all amenities available.
The house comfortably fits a family with 2 full bedrooms and another with bunk beds and a futon. The large grassed backyard is perfect for kids play and comes equip with an outdoor entertaining area.
There is ample space for boat and caravan parking

A very relaxing location, walk to shore and shops. House is older but comfortable. Could have more attention to detail in cleaning particularly plates and cups etc. mattresses leaned up on walls was a bit odd. Owner was great in communication. The Bay is spectacular and we walked a coffee 100m each morning and watched sunrise. Property large and easy parking if you brought a boat.

Great place!

Great beach cottage very close to the bay, very comfortable, clean and tidy. You can see the water from the front loungeroom it's a 100m short walk to boat ramp where there is a little beach good for little ones to paddle in and a paved coastal walk through to Callala Beach. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook for and feed a tribe. We went for a weekend in winter and found plenty to do with lovely walks, walk to pier for fishing and walk to park, local markets and a short drive to jervis bay for dolphin cruises etc. Would definitely stay again.
