Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und besonders in der Küche und den Bädern könnten ein paar Erneuerungen nicht schaden. Die Schlüsselübergabe war schlecht geregelt, da sie, anders als angegeben, woanders abgeholt werden mussten. Die Garage ist nur für kleinere Autos mit intakter Kupplung geeignet. 「I cannot say enough for the wonderful staff at Villas Llafranch because I had made a huge mistake in booking a studio with a bed that came out of the wall and a staircase that was extremely dangerous for a person over 70 years old. My mistake was overlooked by the staff and they got me extremely comfortable first floor on the beach apartment I’m traveling alone, but they accommodated me quickly and was great concern for my health and my well-being. 「Un appartement fonctionnel avec une terrasse et une vue magnifique. Bien équipé, literie confortable, manque juste quelques couverts pour éviter de trop faire tourner le lave vaisselle. Bonne réactivite de notre hôte suite à un problème de cafetière non fonctionnelle. Très propre à l'arrivée, tres proche du cap Roig, jolie balade en front de mer pour rejoindre le bourg. Nous reviendrons volontiers.」
