「We found Hotel Portbo to be a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in the beautiful Calella de Palafrugell. There is a friendly and accommodating staff, the accommodations were clean and well cared for, and the hotel is well-located only about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and the center of town.
The hotel does not have elevator, but the gentleman who checked us in was very kind to carry our bags to the third floor upon arrival and departure.

「The room was clean and bright, the shower powerful and easy to control. Aircon worked well
Breakfast was served in the garden. Orange juice and Yoghurt, fruits, granola, cheese, ham, sausage with crusty bread and croissants - all very fresh and tasty.
The two owners served us, both really attentive and friendly.
They lent us beach towels and chairs for the beach and umbrellas when we had a rainy day (very rare).
All in all, a really good place to stay.

「Alles goed verlopen, alleen is het appartement een beetje verouderd, maar alles is er wat je nodig hebt, is wel niet geschikt voor 4 personen, max 2 en eventueel een kind, de badkamer is heel klein, de parking is heel handig met afgesloten hekken, de supermarkt is heel handig als je dringend iets nodig hebt, ook zijn de ochtend koeken vers gebakken, je ruikt het van het balkon al bij al goed meegevallen」
