「I stayed at this property (a ground floor room) for two nights in July 2026. The first night was fine. On the second night, the host returned back to the house at 2.30am and shortly afterwards the front doorbell rang and she let someone else in. From then until 5.30am, the talking and loud noises coming from directly above my room kept me awake for the rest of the night, despite at one stage asking the host politely to keep the noise down. This was very inconsiderate as she knew she had a paying...

「My husband and I stayed in The Parisienne room for 1 night. It was lovely and we had our own private bathroom. The host, Gwen was very friendly and hospitable. There was a lovely seating area that over looks the city of Hamilton. There are books to read and a shared mini fridge in the common area. The breakfast the next morning was home made and was delicious. The location was walking distance to restaurants and shops. All in all, a great stay! Highly recommended.」

「would definitely stay again. staff was very friendly and professional」

「Friendly staff, clean rooms, easy parking, close to lots of amenities and quiet」

「Overall the hotel was fantastic but expedia charged me in US dollars when I paid with a Canadian card, while traveling in Canada :( And I was not notified in advance of the $200 security deposit that could only be paid by credit card. Thankfully the front desk staff were accommodating of my debit mastercard. But I'm hesitant to book with Expedia again.」
