Only small hand towels were provided (no full-size towels), and no drinking water in the room. Closet space was great, and I appreciated the sofa/TV combo, study table, and the well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. TV facilities were good, but no hair dryer was provided.
One thing I found a bit disappointing was the deposit—it was $200, which was actually more than the room rate itself. Staff interaction needs improvement; the reception guy seemed tired of us since I forgot my credit card PIN and it took longer than usual to check in. I would have appreciated a little more patience and friendliness during the process.

Everyone gathers during breakfast on the numerous comfortable surfaces; their study pods are beautiful, and I even enjoyed the gym and laundry. The little store is quite convenient as well.
