This was a lovely hotel! Very clean, and spacious room. A hot breakfast was also provided and the shuttle service was on time and reliable. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was good. Parking was fine. The front desk staff were friendly. Our shower specifically could have been cleaned bit better, everything else was nice and clean. The breakfast was good. The cook was extremely rude to another guest (who accidently spilt a cup of water on the floor - and was apologetic). He swore under his breath, however, everyone getting breakfast heard - super unprofessional... he then continued to carry on about it to someone else.

We aren’t taking the all inclusive package so need to find drinking water as not recommended to drink from the tap. The bungalow we rented with 2 beds was unavailable so they “upgraded” us to an ocean view room which is fine but only had a king bed available and as 2 travellers we needed to get a fold out bed which is not super comfortable. Lots of little authentic style restaurants within walking distance and convenience stores with a liberal exchange rate if you don’t have the local currency.
