Aluguel para o final de ano 27/12/22 à 02/01/23 e o apartamento está conforme anúncio, apartamento é muito agradável, estava limpo e a proprietária Marisley e muito atenciosa e com certeza vou voltar Hotel também é muito bom e na mesma rua tem padaria, mercado, restaurante e outros comércios "recomendo"

Fui com minha família, 6 adultos e 2 crianças, todo mundo adorou, local família e muito agradável, apto grande e conforme os dados do anuncio, muito em localizado, tem padaria e supermercado bem próximo ao condomínio, anfitriã muito gente boa, respondeu de pronto a todas a minhas duvidas, com certeza voltaremos a este mesmo apto. Muito satisfeito mesmo, recomendo a todos.

O imóvel é muito bom, porém falta ventiladores na sala e em um dos quartos, por ser muito quente deveria ter se não ar pelo menos os ventiladores. E a cozinha falta muita coisa.

Apartamento agradável, chuveiros com problema e limpeza mal feita quando foi nos entregue os banheiros estavam todos molhados, isso é ruim para o proprietário porque esta estragando os móveis de mdf. Os chuveiros não estão funcionando bem, um deles nem tem água quente. As piscinas são higienizadas todos os dias. O barulho do local incomoda, porque lá fala que pode ter som até as 22h00, mas quando estive lá passou desse horário. A recepção tem um atendimento horrível, pois, não te dão muita confiança e nem, olham na sua cara quando vão falar. Achei ruim também porque quando cheguei fiquei sabendo de umas pulseiras de papel que seriam cobradas R$ 5.00 (cinco reais) por pessoa, isso não estava avisando no site.

O imóvel condiz com a descrição. O apartamento é ótimo, estava tudo certinho. Bem equipe e organizado. Tem piscina em reforma, mas não fez falta. Tem água pra todo gosto de temperatura. Voltaria a hospedar. Eu e minha família gostamos bastante.

Imóvel em ótimo estado de conservação, móveis, utensílios domésticos tudo bom, ótima localização, limpeza das dependências do parque temático ótima. RECLAMAÇÃO: O BAR MOLHADO NÃO ESTAVA FUNCIONANDO(AGUA MUITO FRIA) poderia ser chamado de BAR GELADO, PISCINAS DE AGUA MUITO FRIAS, UFURÔ DE ÁGUA GELADÍSSIMA, infelizmente quanto a temperatura das águas deixa a desejar uma vez que, fui para Caldas em busca de agua quente e deparei com a maioria das piscinas de águas frias, neste quesito deixou muita a desejar. Indicarei este imóvel caso o BAR MOLHADO fosse de agua quente e o UFURÔ tb. Entretanto gostei muito do condomínio e voltarei caso esta reclamação for resolvida, demais estava tudo muito bom.
