「I really wanted to like this property. From the pictures it looked like the perfect little getaway. It was far from that. It was hell for a week. The deluxe suite was nothing further from old, dirty, musty and hot. The AC wasn’t working. The paint in the kitchen was peeling off the walls with mould, the AC was old and not working properly, it just couldn’t cool the rooms. By rooms I mean bedroom entrance and kitchen with two twin bunk beds and was so hot. The bunk beds are definitely not for...

「This isn't a real hotel; it's a hostel. There is no actual reception service; they just leave the keys somewhere and send you videos so you can find the room on your own at any time—everything is handled via WhatsApp. The rooms are shared with other people, and the communal kitchen is so tiny that you end up bumping into each other. Furthermore, the host doesn't speak English, only Italian. There is a dirty, mold-infested room in the basement with dangerous electrical wiring. I do not recommend...

「Grote, mooie kamer in Polignano.

「Fiorenza was so lovely and helpful, she met us on check in and check out. Gave us lots of helpful recommendations. The place was really nice and in a good central location.」

「I loved this place! Great location in the middle of the historical center, location was clean and the host was very friendly. Definitely recommend」

「Very friendly welcome and orientation. The property was clean and modern without loosing any original charm. Lots of individual decorative features. The breakfast was excellent too.」

「Suite Perla. Well decorated apartment with an unbelievably huge private terrace on the roof with shade plus a little balcony. A little kitchen, very comfy bed, clean bathroom, only good to say. The whatsapp conversation was helpful. Easy access and just around the corner of Castellana square where to watch italian life in late evenings at its best. We loved it.」

「Such a beautiful, peaceful, friendly property. Staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were lovely, comfortable and clean. Breakfast and lunch were creative and delicious. I would definitely return.」

「Zimmer klein aber fein, sehr sauber und schön, leider kein Lift bzw. sehr steile Stiege (ältere Personen)」

「Incredible stay in Monopoli and we would stay again and again. How delightful to be picked up from the train station as complementary and then dropped back at the end of your stay. The room was stunning with crisp white linen and fluffy towels (important to me) as well as cooking ammenities and a coffee machine, the room space was excellent. Also daily housekeeping was a big plus as not all accommodations offer this now. The balcony had the sweetest of views, not the sea but a stunning...

「Very central location. We never had an issue with parking and everything we needed was walking distance (coffee shop, restaurants, grocery stores).」

「The hotel is brand new, so everything felt super clean, the rooms were really spacious. The breakfast was great too! The location is also perfect, just 5mins walking from the main areas. But the best part of our stay was definitely Cinzia. She was so lovely and welcoming. We highly recommend staying here!!!!!」

「Everything about this stay was beautiful. Spacious room, bathroom, and dining area. Outside had a terrace where you can enjoy breakfast, a balcony overlooking La Monachile, and an upstairs area with a private hot tub. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Location was perfect - 2 minute walk to the beach and old town. Couldn’t recommend this place more!」

「Absolutely love the place everything was clean , the lady at the reception desk was amazingly kind and answered all our questions we would definitely stay here again didn’t take advantage of the spa, but everything else was incredible !」

「We had a wonderful stay at NanetaRooms in Monopoli! Our host was fantastic—very communicative, responsive, and always quick to help with anything we needed. It really made our stay easy and enjoyable. The location was perfect, right in the heart of one of the most desirable areas of Monopoli. Everything was within easy walking distance, which made exploring the city so convenient. The apartment was the perfect size for two people and had everything we needed. The Jacuzzi was an especially nice...
